Order History can be viewed by logging into your account. You will be able to see your previous orders.

Please contact us via the contact page if you have any disputes with your purchase. We will respond within 1 business day.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase via USPS. A notification email with your tracking number will be sent when your order is shipped.

Domestic packages are sent First Class Mail and typically arrive within 3-5 days of shipment. Orders to California, Oregon, Alaska, and Hawaii may take a few days longer to reach their destination.

Orders can be tracked via the USPS tracking page on their website here. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items after shipment.

You may return Full Priced items for a refund within 15 days of your order date.

SALE Items and Beauty Items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Worn items cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it with the original tags.
